Archiving Policy

It is a strategy used by authors to make their scholarly works available on the open web to provide open access. In this context, the contents are usually journal articles, conference or technical reports, theses and dissertations, or data sets. The purpose of archive is to secure access to content in the event of a publication being lost or discontinued. Archives will only release content when there is a “trigger event” such as confirmation that a journal is no longer in publication. Commonly used archives include Portico, CLOCKSS. We follow Sherpa/Romeo's green archiving policy. Both pre-print and post-print or publisher's version/PDF can be archived, without restrictions. Our Journal committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of the scholarly content we publish. This Archiving Policy outlines how the journal ensures that articles and other published materials remain accessible to readers and researchers even in the event of the journal’s discontinuation or other unforeseen circumstances. Journal uses multiple digital archiving methods to preserve published content. We partner with trusted third-party services to ensure that all articles are securely archived and remain accessible indefinitely. We collaborate with institutional repositories, libraries, and national archives to store published content.
